Today we sailed through College Fjord, Alaska. We saw many glaciers and beautiful sights. The wildlife was also a plus with animals like seals, otters, and birds.

Today we sailed through Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve, Alaska. It was established on December 2, 1980 and covers over 3,000,000 acres. The two glaciers photographed above are the Lamplugh Glacier and the John Hopkins Glacier.Today we made our third stop this cruise in Skagway, Alaska. Here I walked through the historic city and took a exhilarating train ride on the White Pass & Yukon Route built in 1898 during the Klondike Gold Rush.
Today we made our second stop this cruise in Juneau, Alaska. Here I sailed with beautiful whales, viewed the Mendenhall Glacier, and took a ride on the Mount Roberts Tramway.Today we made our first stop this cruise in Ketchikan, Alaska. Here I expirienced the Saxman Totem Park, watched juvenile and adult Bald Eagles, and visited the Ketchikan Salmon Hatchery.
Today I had the privilege to embark the Coral Princess in Vancouver, BC on a 7 week journey that would lead me through beautiful scenery, extraordinary wildlife, and breathtaking views all the way to Anchorage, Alaska. |
